An Enhanced Report will provide the most information available through Whitepages TenantCheck, and will include the following information:
- ResidentScore
- Credit Report
- Criminal History
- Address History
- Eviction History

As for how long a landlord will have access to that information, the short answer is between 30 and 60 days.
Once the landlord sends the application to you, the tenant, you will have a maximum of 30 days to complete it before it expires. If you complete the application right away, the landlord will have access to the report for the full 60 days. If you complete the application 30 days after receiving it, the landlord will have access to your report for 30 days.
