Report Overview
The first section will show an overview of the report, including the Resident Score, a brief summary, and recommendation. For more granular information, you can scroll down to the next two sections.
Please keep in mind that recommendations are based solely on the information included in the report. Landlords will likely have more information than what is provided in this, and should use their own judgment to make their own decisions about whether or not to accept a tenant.
Additionally, landlords are obliged to follow any local laws pertaining to what information may be used when screening a tenant.
Credit History
In this section, you'll find information related to employment, tradelines (credit cards, auto loans, etc.), credit inquiries, and collections records.
Criminal History
Any criminal or traffic records associated with the applicant will also be included as part of the report.
Eviction History
Lastly, if you purchased an Enhanced Report, you will be provided with eviction records as well. If the applicant has no record of evictions, this is what you'll see:
